Precision Ground-In Prism Surfacing

Ground-in prism shifts the image

A ground-in prism is incorporated into the spectacle lens. Prism may also be induced by decentration in suitable powered lenses, while temporary Fresnel prism is a separate removable product with visible segments.

What is a ground-in prism lens?
